Great bands and speakers, good food and lots of fun! Let's bring in the New Year together in the mountains.

REGISTRATION & DEPOSIT
A $100 non-refundable deposit due no later than September 17th. Total cost will be approx. $450 but will include the cost of the event, housing, free day activity and food. Fundraising opportunities/recommendations will be provided.

  • Weather appropriate clothing
    - normal temperatures range 30-55 degrees
    - we may have to wait outside in line to enter the conference, especially the first night
  • Tennis Shoes
  • Clothes and shoes for outdoor activity day
  • Possible clear bag policy - if you plan to carry a purse
  • Toiletries
  • Bible/Notebook
  • Spending money

    Don't bring anything you wouldn't be allowed to take to school

If you are playing in the NEA Basketball Tournament and make it to the finals but still want to go, please get with one of the Youth leaders and we will get a plan together to get you there!

Tennessee Flyer mountain coaster - all included with wristbands.
